Youth Volunteers at CARE 66:
ADAM REYNOLDS, 11 years old, came to CARE 66 and asked to help the homeless. Adam, relocated from Texas with his mother and three brothers has a passion for helping. He met several residents from CARE 66 at the Night Plaza Dances and decided to get into action. Adam, with his own allowance monies, bought several loaves of bread, packages of cheese and bologna to make "Poor Man's Rueben" for the men. He also made 50 homemade cookies.

Adam bought, made and served the lunch to the men on Thursday, September 4, 2008. Adam, who is home-schooled, will continue to volunteer at CARE 66 during the month of September to earn his Boy Scout Citizenship Badge.
