We believe that Mother Road™ Salsa showcases some of the finest flavors that originate in the arid climate of the southwest. With three flavors to choose from, we are sure that you will find the right blend of tomatos, chili, garlic and onion to meet your salsa needs! |

- Three flavors are available: Hot, Medium, and Mild.
- We also can process or cook salsa to your specifications using your recipes.
- From start to finish, Mother Road Salsa is produced and packaged in Gallup, NM.
- Good local salsa made by good local people!
- All proceeds from the sale of this salsa go directly to supporting the work of CARE 66 to end homelessness in Gallup.

- Mother Road Salsa is processed in a professional, commercial kitchen that has been approved by the Gallup Environment Department to meet the strictest food safety regulations.
